CLEANING SERVICES · LONDON

An operations layer for a services marketplace

They were juggling cleaner availability, client bookings, and invoicing across four disconnected tools. We built a centralised operations layer that automated matching, onboarding, and billing — cutting hours of manual coordination out of every week.

CLEANING SERVICES · LONDON

Business Compass — a live financial dashboard for Cleaners2Match

Their numbers were scattered across Jobber and QuickBooks with no single view of performance. We built a real-time Business Compass dashboard pulling P&L, cash flow, gross margin, and net income directly from both platforms — with bank reconciliation, client payment matching, contractor rate management, and multi-location reporting, all in one place.

ACCOUNTING PRACTICE · UK

Automation-as-a-service, white-labelled

They wanted to offer their own clients better automation but didn't have the internal capacity to build it. We now design and ship bespoke automations under their brand — turning a service gap into a new revenue stream.

Questions

06 — faq
Will this work for my business?+

If you're a small business juggling multiple tools and feeling the pain of manual work between them, yes. A free call will tell us both quickly.

How long does a project take?+

Most projects ship in 2 to 8 weeks, with weekly progress you can test along the way.

What happens after the project is delivered?+

You own everything. Optionally, we stay on for a simple monthly fee to host, maintain, and handle small changes — or you take it in-house. No lock-in either way.

Do I need technical skills to use what you build?+

No. We design systems that run quietly in the background. If you want to make changes later, either ask us or manage it internally — the code and documentation are yours.

Do you work with businesses outside London?+

Yes. We're London-based but work remotely with UK and European small businesses. We work in English, French, and Portuguese.

What tools do you work with?+

Whatever you already use. We specialise in orchestrating existing tools rather than replacing them — typical stacks include field service platforms (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceM8, Tradify, Workiz, Field Pulse, Joblogic, Workever), finance tools (Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe), data tools (Airtable, Baserow), automation (n8n), and custom Supabase/Next.js builds.

Let's get your stack flowing.

A free 30-minute call — no pitch deck, no pressure. We listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether we can help.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE CALL

  • You tell us what's manual, repetitive, or costing your team time — no jargon needed.
  • We explain clearly what kind of software could help, and roughly what's involved.
  • You hear an honest view on whether we're the right fit — if we're not, we'll say so.
  • If it makes sense to move forward, we outline next steps with no obligation.

You'll be asked to briefly describe your project when booking — a sentence or two is plenty.
